Good news first. We sold our house in Lethbridge. It was on the market for 1 1/2 weeks and we got an offer and it has gone through. So that was nice and speedy. The guy takes possesion March 23. Along with that it means that I get my furniture finally. (we wanted to leave our house staged so it look like a home and showed better) We have been living in Cranny with the bare essentials. Like eating off our fold up table and using only 1 love seat. But now I get my bed, and all my pictures and couches, etc. It will be nice. I can put my socks in a dresser finally, instead of in a rubbermaid drawer cart. So next weekend we move the rest of our stuff.
The bad news is that we sold out house in Lethy. This is sad for me. It means that we are really leaving Lethbridge. And leaving that house. I loved that house. It was our house. We made it our house. I loved Lethy. I will miss the town, my friends, Five Guys, a real mall, Costco, etc. It is time that I come to terms with the fact that now this means we won't be going back. Sad sad sad.
But I guess I can now fill my time looking for a new house or some nice land here in Cranny.
These are the friends that I will miss. Don't they look awesome? Well, they are.
I think my kids will miss Five Guys more than me. If you ask Grace where she wants to go for lunch, she will tell you "Five Guys". They love it there.

That is good & bad news! Just think you'll have an excuse to come visit us so you can go to 5 guys, costco, ikea.....
That's funny because 5 guys was one of the things we are going to miss about Jersey City. That and public urination.
love all the catch up post. I wish we could sell our place as easily as you sold your's.
so happy sad. your friends are all so darn cute i wouldn't want to leave them either. my kids always ask are we going to five guys for burgers or 2 guys for pizza? it is sad that the real mall you are leaving is the park place mall. come on i do recall a winners out there...and nothing else. derek wants to come visit you guys so he and brett can golf again out there.
ah you really are gone hey?! I wish we could sell ours in Lethbridge too!
